Trevor McCaw

Trevor McCaw is a serial entrepreneur. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Blueprint Clinical, Inc. and as CEO at Aegis Medical Innovations. As CEO, he took the Aegis technology from a concept on paper through three generations of technology development and into human clinical trials.

Aegis Medical Innovations, is commercializing a stroke prevention medical device implant technology developed in close partnership with Mayo Clinic. His previous company, FrogBox, was named one of the hottest startups in the country by Entrepreneur Magazine.

In, 2006, Trevor founded and sold Sentinel Medical, an infection control company. In 1999, he co-founded NRX Global, an enterprise procurement software company that went public in 2001 on the AIM stock exchange.

Trevor has worked previously at Medtronic as a marketing executive, Boston Consulting Group and Innosight.  He received his undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering from Queen’s University.
